Pitch Deck Review Service
The Source offers a Pitch Deck Review service provided by Truway ("Pitch Deck Review"). This service enables users to submit a business pitch deck for professional review and feedback, delivered through The Source platform by Truway Ireland.
Transmission Modes
The Pitch Deck Review service supports both automatic and manual review modes:
• Automatic review: your pitch deck is analysed using automated tools and algorithmic processing to generate structured feedback.
• Manual review: your pitch deck is reviewed by a human reviewer at Truway Ireland who provides personalised feedback and recommendations.
The mode applicable to your submission will be confirmed at the time of your order. Truway reserves the right to use a combination of both modes where appropriate.
Pitch Deck Storage and Consent
Your pitch deck will only be saved and stored on The Source platform if you explicitly tick the consent checkbox at the time of submission. If you do not tick the consent checkbox, your pitch deck will be used solely for the purpose of generating your review report and will not be retained after the report has been delivered.
If you do tick the consent checkbox, your pitch deck may be stored in your account for your convenience and will be subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations. You may request deletion of your stored pitch deck at any time by contacting [email protected].
Payment and Report Generation
Payment must be completed in full before your Pitch Deck Review report will be generated. Once your payment is confirmed, report generation will commence and you will be notified when your report is ready.
We will endeavour to deliver your report within the timeframe confirmed at the point of purchase. Truway Holdings Ltd accepts no liability for delays outside of its reasonable control.
Disputes: Payment Processed but Report Not Generated
If you have completed payment but your report has not been generated within the stated timeframe, you should contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where the fault lies with The Source platform or Truway, we will either:
• generate and deliver your report without further delay; or
• issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including your rights under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland).
General Terms
By accessing and placing an order with The Source, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document. These terms apply to the entire The Source platform and any email or other communication between you and Truway Holdings Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Truway Holdings Ltd (“Truway”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), the provider of The Source platform and the services accessible from it (collectively, the “Service”). The term “you” refers both to you as an individual and to any entity you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service. If you violate any of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access without notice, subject to your statutory rights under Irish and EU law.
Irish law note: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (Ireland), or EU consumer protection legislation.
Meanings
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
• Cookie: a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser, used to identify your browser, provide analytics, and remember preferences such as language or login information.
• Company: when this policy refers to “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means Truway Holdings Ltd, an Irish limited company registered in Ireland, which is responsible for the Service under these Terms & Conditions.
• Country: Ireland, where Truway Holdings Ltd is registered and operates.
• Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or other device that can be used to access The Source and use the Service.
• Service: the subscription-based online platform provided by Truway Holdings Ltd, enabling users to develop and manage business plans, track financial performance, submit pitch decks for review, and store associated data, as described on this platform.
• Third-party service: advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide content or whose products or services may be made available in connection with the Service.
• Website / Platform: The Source, accessible via: www.the-source.ai.
• You: a person or entity registered with The Source to use the Service.
Licence
Truway Holdings Ltd grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
• Licence, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service, or make it available to any third party without our prior written consent.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse-compile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright or trademark notice) of Truway Holdings Ltd, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
Return and Refund Policy
Truway Holdings Ltd aims to ensure you have a rewarding experience when using The Source. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are a consumer purchasing a digital service online, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of conclusion without giving any reason, unless you have expressly requested performance of the digital service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby waive this right.
Subscription fees for The Source are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the applicable Irish or EU rate and will be shown separately on your invoice. Truway Holdings Ltd is registered for VAT in Ireland.
Where a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Truway Holdings Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a good or service we provide, please contact us and we will endeavour to address the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Irish law note: Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (Ireland) are not affected by this refund policy.
Your Suggestions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (“Suggestions”) you provide to Truway Holdings Ltd with respect to the Service may be used by us freely and without any obligation or compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will not use your Suggestions in any way that identifies you personally without your consent.
Your Consent
By using The Source platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to these Terms & Conditions. We have designed these Terms to be transparent about what is set when you visit the platform and how your information is used. Links to Other Websites
These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Service. The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Truway Holdings Ltd. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us.
When you use a link from the Service to another website, these Terms & Conditions are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.
Cookies
The Source uses cookies to identify the areas of our platform that you have visited. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device by your web browser. We use cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of the platform, though some cookies are non-essential. Without certain cookies, some functionality may become unavailable or you may be required to log in on each visit.
In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as implemented in Ireland, and GDPR, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. Changes to Our Terms & Conditions
Truway Holdings Ltd may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any features within it) at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable.
If we decide to change these Terms & Conditions, we will post those changes on this page and notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. By continuing to use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.
If Truway disables access to your account for breach of these Terms, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details, or any files contained in your account. This will be done in accordance with your statutory rights.
Modifications to Our Platform
Truway Holdings Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any service to which it connects, with or without notice. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you in advance of significant changes.
Updates to Our Platform
Truway Holdings Ltd may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features and functionality of the platform, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications (“Updates”).
Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities. You agree that Truway Holdings Ltd has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionalities. All Updates will be deemed to form an integral part of the Service and will be subject to these Terms.
Third-Party Services
We may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products or services), or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”).
You acknowledge and agree that Truway Holdings Ltd is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect. Truway Holdings Ltd assumes no liability for Third-Party Services.
Third-Party Services and links are provided solely as a convenience, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk, subject to those third parties’ own terms and conditions.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Truway Holdings Ltd. You may terminate your account at any time via the account management page.
Truway Holdings Ltd may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice, subject to your statutory rights. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Service. Account data may be retained for a reasonable period for compliance, legal, or backup purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (Ireland).
Termination will not limit any rights or remedies available to Truway Holdings Ltd at law or in equity in the case of breach of these Terms.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or such owner’s authorised agent and believe any material on The Source platform constitutes an infringement of your copyright, please contact us with: (a) your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised agent); (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing; (c) your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner; and (e) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Truway Holdings Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim, demand, liability, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your violation of any right of a third party.
Warranties
The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted under Irish and EU law, Truway Holdings Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Truway Holdings Ltd makes no representation or warranty that: (i) the Service will meet your requirements or achieve any intended results; (ii) the Service will be compatible with any other software, systems, or services; (iii) the Service will operate without interruption or be error-free; or (iv) any errors or defects will be corrected.
Irish law note: The above disclaimers do not affect the implied terms and statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (Ireland) and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland). Certain warranties cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Truway Holdings Ltd’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish or EU law.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, in no event shall Truway Holdings Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) third-party software or hardware used with the Service; or (iii) any other matter related to these Terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Truway Holdings Ltd’s total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Truway Holdings Ltd in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Ireland, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices published by Truway Holdings Ltd, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truway Holdings Ltd concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
Waiver
No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or power under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. No single or partial exercise of any right or power shall preclude any further exercise of that or any other right. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any applicable purchase or other terms, these Terms shall govern.
Amendments to This Agreement
Truway Holdings Ltd reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by email or by prominent notice within the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our reasonable discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you are no longer authorised to use The Source and may cancel your account.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Truway Holdings Ltd regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements. You may be subject to additional terms that apply when you use or purchase other services offered by Truway Holdings Ltd, which will be provided to you at the time of such use or purchase.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by Truway Holdings Ltd, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by Irish and EU intellectual property laws, including the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (Ireland) and the European Union (Copyright and Related Rights) Regulations.
The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Truway Holdings Ltd, except as expressly provided in these Terms. Any unauthorised use of the material is prohibited.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to your account. By uploading content, you grant Truway Holdings Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, you are encouraged to contact Truway Holdings Ltd in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Please send written notice of any dispute to: [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 60 days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent, either party may commence legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If you are a consumer within the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Irish law note: Under Irish law, mandatory pre-dispute arbitration clauses in consumer contracts may be unenforceable. Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes under these Terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”), the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (Ireland), and our Privacy Policy (www.the-source.ai/privacy). Truway Holdings Ltd acts as the data controller for personal data collected directly from you.
In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, data, or proposals, you expressly agree that such submissions will be treated as non-confidential and may be used by Truway Holdings Ltd for any lawful purpose, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not use such submissions in a way that personally identifies you without your consent.
Promotions
Truway Holdings Ltd may from time to time include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (“Promotions”) that require you to submit material or information. All Promotions may be governed by separate rules that contain eligibility requirements, such as age restrictions and geographic limitations. You are responsible for reading all Promotion rules to determine your eligibility. If you enter any Promotion, you agree to abide by and comply with all applicable rules.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services through the Service, which shall be incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Truway Holdings Ltd is registered and operates from Ireland. The Service is intended for use by persons in Ireland and the European Union. Those who choose to access the Service from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must be brought within the period prescribed by the applicable Irish Statute of Limitations. The statutory limitation period under Irish law (typically six years for contract claims under the Statute of Limitations Act 1957) shall apply.
Miscellaneous
If any provision or portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Truway Holdings Ltd.
Truway Holdings Ltd may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
Notices to Truway Holdings Ltd may be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered office in Dublin, Ireland. Notices to you may be provided by email, in-app notification, or via our website.
These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
Disclaimer
Truway Holdings Ltd is not responsible for any content, code, or other imprecision on the Service. The Service and its contents are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by Irish and EU law.
Truway Holdings Ltd is a distributor and not a publisher of content supplied by third parties. As such, Truway Holdings Ltd exercises no editorial control over such content and makes no warranty or representation as to its accuracy, reliability, or currency. No oral advice or written information given by Truway Holdings Ltd, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or agents shall create a warranty.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Truway Holdings Ltd does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, uncorrupted, timely, or error-free.
